NEWS

Emergent Waste Solutions (EWS), a Joint Venture Partnership between Emergent Energy and Magnum Group Inc., is pleased to announce the signing of a Letter of Intent with TCA Investment and Development Corp (TCAIDC) of Vancouver BC.

The letter formalizes the intent of TCAIDC to enter into a partnership with EWS in an APS2000 unit to be located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The target date for commencement of construction is June 2011.
